Nasrin is not only our Support Coordinator but she is a qualified Social Worker and loves helping others in the community. She has dedicated her life to help those in need. Nasrin came to Australia at a young age from Afghanistan and knew she wanted to help people wherever she lived. This motivated her to start Ability Bridges Disability Support Services.

As a Support Coordinator Nasrin Azizi assists participants in navigating their plans and accessing the appropriate supports and services. She provides guidance and information regarding available funding options, services, and providers. Nasrin assists participants connect with service providers, schedule appointments, and coordinate the delivery of supports. By fostering capacity-building and promoting self-management skills, she empowers participants to make informed decisions, exercise choice and control, and actively engage in managing their NDIS plans. Ultimately, it's her goal to enable participants to maximize their NDIS experience, enhance their independence, and work towards achieving their desired lifestyle.

With the help of amazing support workers, Nasrin has been able to assist people from all backgrounds, abilities, and languages to have the lifestyle they want. She is very proactive with her clients, and the whole team here at ABDSS love seeing clients thrive.

Nasrin understands the importance of communication and does all she can to ensure her clients are heard. Nasrin has built a team that can communicate easily and freely with all their participants.
